Although on display in the Leicestershire market town of Lutterworth for the best part of a year, the horse sculpture that I worked on last year was finally unveiled this week. The giant art installation which consists of 4 galloping white horses stretches 22m along an embankment which is visible for some distance as you approach the town. The sculpture celebrates the towns historical significance as a major stopping point for stage coaches on the route to London. A Welsh Slate plaque in the wall commemorates the occassion.
